April 5-6 2006, a combined event was organized with Task 38 (Greenhouse Gas Balances; coordinator Bernhard Schlamadinger from Austria) about international bio-energy trade and the Kyoto protocol (CDM and JI), dealing with accounting rules, carbon markets, emission and credits trading and how these developments interlink with ‘’physical’’ bio-energy trade.
