Joint Task 30, Task 31 and Task 40 workshop
|
From wednesday 30.1.2005 until friday 2.12. 2005, a joint meeting was held with T30 (Short Rotation Cropping; coordinator Theo Verwijst from Sweden) and T31 (Sustainable Forestry; coordinator Jim Richardson from Canada), aiming for dealing with sustainable biomass production systems for the global market (e.g. including issues like certification). the workshop also included a business forum on sustainable international bio-energy trade, specifically focused on Brazilian industry. The location was Campinas University, near Sao Paulo, Brazil.
All presentations can be downloaded as pdf-files (see below). In case you encounter any problems downloading the files, or any other issues, please contact Martin Junginger.
The entire program [50 KB]
can be downloaded as pdf. The final presentation [341 KB]
of Andre Faaij does give a compact overview of the key findings. There is also a 3-page summary [31 KB]
available.
